HomeTax Authentication

To crawl real-time sales/purchase invoices from HomeTax(NTS system), user must get the authorization to permit the data access first. For that, POPBiLL support two authentication methods: ‘Department User’ and ‘Certificate’. While certificate must be renewed once a year, department user can be used semi-permanently without every year renewal.

1. Department User (Recommended)

Department User is a kind of read only account and can be issued in HomeTax, without the cost. The notable advantage is that multi-access is available and can be used semi-permanently without every year renewal. If the information of department user is not registered in HomeTax or entered information is incorrect, error message ‘Failed login HomeTax’ or ‘The information of HomeTax Authentication does not exist’ is returned.

2. Certificate

For the successful authentication, the certificate same with the one registered in HomeTax must be registered in POPBiLL. It must be renewed once a year, before the expiry date and re-registered(updated) right after the renewal. Using certificate for authentication, multi-access is not available.
