Delegated e-Tax invoice issuance Process
In this process, third party(trustee) issues an e-Tax invoice instead of seller(truster) and sends it to buyer(invoicee) by email. Its process is same with the basic method only except to write trustee's information additionally in e-Tax invoice. Although the trustee is delegated the issuance authority from seller and actually issues the e-Tax invoice, all duty of issuance and filing to NTS of e-Tax invoice are belong to seller(truster).
Notices
- To implements this process, only trustee must be signed up for POPBiLL in advance.
- To use this process, third party must make a consignment contract with seller(truster) in advance.
- Prior to test the process of issuing e-Tax invoices, a member(trustee)'s certificate must be registered in POPBiLL Test-bed site.
- '위수탁' must be entered in 'issueType' field and trustee's information started with trustee must also entered in a row.
- In Test-bed, issued e-Tax invoice isn't filed to NTS actually. Process 'File to NTS' is a kind of mock process so only file result is going to be changed to 'Success'.
- Even in Test-bed, request notification mail is sent to a person in charge of buyer actually. Must use another e-mail address for test.
1. Issue (Recommended)
Trustee saves the seller(truster)'s information of e-Tax invoice and issues it calling SDK's function 'RegistIssue'. It's easier to develop and more efficient to manage HTTP transaction than other because it executes two functions (Save/Issue) using A function.
2. Save then Issue
Trustee saves the information of e-Tax invoice and THEN issues it calling SDK's two functions 'Register' and 'Issue' in a row. It's a suitable process for a customer who needs separated process 'Save' and 'Issue' of e-Tax invoice. A customer who needs to implement the function 'AttachFile' must use this process.
Identification numbering system
Identification numbering system is designed for management of e-Tax invoices. At first, partner's system configures 'Trustee invoice id'(trusteeMgtKey) and sends data with it to POPBiLL. At the same time, POPBiLL assigns 'POPBiLL invoice id(itemKey)' matching with 'seller invoice id'. When e-Tax invoice is issued, POPBiLL assigns 'NTS confirm number'(ntsCofrimNum) to the e-Tax invoice to file to NTS and this number is used for searching in NTS.
